Q: What are the minimum requirements (SAT, ACT, & GPA) to gain admission into FAMU?

A: Minimum SAT 1010 or ACT 21. "B" Average in academic subjects. (Other information can be found on the FAMU website (http://www.famu.edu)

Q: When is the best time to apply at FAMU?

A: Once you have taken your SAT or ACT test, you should apply. The sooner you apply, the better. Applying during the Junior year of high school will increase your chances of admissions, as well as give you the opportunity to secure on-campus housing.

Q: Does the Chicago Chapter give out scholarships?

A: Yes, we do. The scholarships for this year will be given out at  in June. Check back later on this spring for specifics. If you are a high school student, and are interested in applying, feel free to drop us a line at info@windycityrattlers.com.

Q: I want to join the "Marching 100." What are their scholarship requirements?

Q: I would love to purchase a music CD of the "Marching 100." Where can I purchase them online?
